Azarc® is excited to announce the addition of three strategic new hires who join its world-class team across sales, operations, and customer success.
This trio of new arrivals takes Azarc® ever closer to accomplishing its goal of revolutionizing the global customs clearance process, enhancing operational efficiencies, and delivering unparalleled value to its worldwide customers through the power of AI.
Tiana Kuar, Robert Wieckowski, and Kim Murray join Azarc® with a wealth of collective knowledge and experience, gained working within the tech and supply chain industries, handling operations, customer services, and driving operations forward for the likes of KlearNow, Beacon, Airspace, DHL, Hi Mum! Said Dad, and Class35.
Sam Clohesy, Azarc’s Chief Operating Officer, welcomed the new team members: “With the end of quarter three approaching, I’m thrilled to welcome a trio of new faces to team Azarc®. I know I speak for the whole team here when I say we are truly excited to see the impact the arrival of Tiana, Rob, and Kim will bring to Azarc as we continue our work towards fully automating the customs clearance process.”
Of Tiana’s arrival, Jon Bass, Head of Business Development and Partnerships here at Azarc®, said: “I’m delighted to welcome Tiana to the team at Azarc®. Coming to us with valuable industry experience, with previous roles spent immersed in operations and sales at Beacon and more recently KlearNow, Tiana will be bringing a priceless combination of industry knowledge and tech startup experience to really help push the efforts of the sales team forward!”
Tiana Kaur, our new Sales Development Representative joining Jon’s team, added: “I’m thrilled to be joining the Azarc® team and am looking forward to getting started in my new role. In such a competitive and fast-paced industry, it was the company culture and the team that Azarc® has nurtured that really attracted me to the role. I’m looking forward to expanding my knowledge within the SaaS realm and supporting and developing the sales process alongside the established team; I’m very excited to be going on this journey with Azarc®.”
While Rob and Tiana have been settling into the customer success and sales teams respectively this past week, operations have been working to onboard Kim.
“Supporting the team in a new Senior Delivery Manager role, Kim comes to Azarc® with over 15 years of experience, and a track record of delivering innovative digital products and leading large-scale business transformations,” added Sam. “Having driven the success of transformative SaaS projects in fintech, insurance, and retail banking in recent roles, Kim’s expertise in customer relationship management, strategic roadmap development, and hands-on project delivery make her a fantastic addition to our team.”
Kim Murray, our newly appointed Senior Project Manager, said: “I’m excited to be part of a team that is disrupting processes across the industry, especially in an area with so much potential for innovation. I’m looking forward to seeing where I can add value and getting to know the members of the team.”
Working with Rachael Moore, Head of Customer Success at Azarc®, Rob joins Azarc® with a solid background in logistics, customs, and operational excellence. An integral part of the early operations team at the supply chain SaaS business, Beacon, Rob helped the business to scale and grow, leading on key efficiency and growth initiatives.
Rachael said: “Rob is a true operator, keeping customer priorities at the forefront of what he does and ensuring that we deliver value for our users on a daily basis. With a wealth of customs experience and decades working within logistics, he has hit the ground running and is already having a noticeable impact on our customer experience as well as our ways of working internally.”
Rob Wieckowski, new Customer Operations Manager at Azarc®, commented: “I am very excited to join such a team, one that brings together so many different areas of expertise. I am certain it will be a great experience, and I look forward to contributing as much as possible to the team. Joining Azarc® at a time when the team is delivering simple, efficient, and robust solutions to traders. I am very keen to get to grips with helping Azarc’s customers get the best of our product.”
